We offer English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation services for websites and most types of documents, such as brochures, manuals, technical writings, and other business literature.

In addition, we can also offer other special services, such as proofreading, formatting, design, printing, etc.

To ensure the highest quality of work, translations are always done manually, not by translating computer programs.

Pricing

The cost of the translation service is determined on a case-by-case basis, based on each document’s type, length, and complexity. Turnaround times are relatively quick; however, there is an additional charge for rush jobs. Special services are also extra.

Delivery

While the preferred format to receive the original work to be translated is via a Microsoft Word, in some cases the file size is too large for email. In these cases we can provide an ftp location or if you prefer you may send your document via other methods, such as regular mail, fax, or special delivery in zip disks, cd's or printed media.

The delivery of the translated document can be done in one of several methods, including those mentioned above, according to each client’s needs.

Confidentiality

We guarantee the confidentiality of the information entrusted to us for the purpose of translation. We recognize that both the original information we receive and the fully-paid translated version are both property of the client. Strict confidentiality guidelines are established and the information will not be shared, displayed or copied for anyone but the client, unless specifically requested by the client.
