We
offer support to our customers by issue or by having a Support Contract.
A support contract will allow our customers to receive x number of hours
of technical support per month. This can include weekly maintenance
visits to correct any problems or to help with any issues that may arise
during the week. With a support contract customers receive technical
support at reduced rates.
Here
is how it works: (In the San Antonio, Texas area)
The
Customer agrees to pre-pay 5 hours of technical support on the 1st day
of the month at a discounted rate. This payment can be made by check
or automatically by credit card.
HomePageOnline agrees
to perform 5 hours of technical support such as hardware, software &
website issues (when applicable) per month at the premises of the Company
or
through the telephone and/or online support.
